Memorix Archives is an archive-management system by Vitec-Memorix. It is intended to support all archive-related processes, such as acquisition, inventory, warehouse management, operations, etc.. A digital reading room with features such as scanning on demand, reservation and requests also forms part of Memorix Archives.

Open

Memorix Archives is being built on modern Open Source software and Open Standards. It is entirely web-based. A browser is the only software you need to install.

Conforms to Archival Standards

Memorix Archives has, from the start, been built on existing archival standards, such as:

• ISAD(G): General International Standard Archival Description
• ISAAR (CPF): International Standard Archival Authority Record for Corporate Bodies, Persons and Families
• ISDIAH: International Standard for Describing Institutions with Archival Holdings
